Description

EUCLID-HURON SECTION IN 1910. From a vantage point at East 14th Street looking west along Euclid Avenue. Halle's store was still under construction and the lone electric automobile in the picture had no parking problem. In the center of the picture is the old Sterling and Welsh store with the Union Club next to it. At a later date the old brownstone houses, one of which was the home of Amasa Stone gave way to the old Higbee store. in 1910 East 13th Street was not cut through.
