The prints you will receive are made on premium glossy photo paper with high-quality inks.

Photographs will be cropped as they appeared in the newspaper or online. Due to the proportions of some photographs, there will be white borders either on the top and bottom or sides of the print. If you get white borders, this means the image did not proportion to the print size you requested. We will never arbitrarily crop the image to make it fit a print size.

For example: If you ordered an 8x10 print and your image actually has a 7x10 aspect ratio, we will print the image to whichever dimension is constrained first (in this case, 10" dimension). Then the height of the image would be 7", to which we add white borders to fit the 8" requested height.
