Holiday Spirit is a special effort of Plain Dealer Charities, which will reach out to 20 local human-service agencies that serve those with critical needs. Each day throughout the holiday season, The Plain Dealer will publish stories that will profile crucial programs and services being offered by the following vital agencies selected for this year’s Holiday Spirit campaign:
